Can i change the position of the copyright in footer? 
I want to move the copyright in footer little up ,that's allowed? 
I want to be sure it is legal.

What's important is that your visitors know your forum is powered by MyBB which is copyrighted by the MyBB Group. You may want to add your own copyright for a modified theme or content.
