Note: i am using 2 themes , the problem is in the theme with name Modern (with original name: Netpen = https://community.mybb.com/mods.php?action=view&pid=727 )

I will be thankful for help.

Regarding your screenshot (one of your theme) the top gap is caused by a wasted line break.
Check your templates for the sidebar and feel free to remove the following line. That's it.
