I want to add the button "Tag" to the postbit. When clicks it, the text "@{$post['username']}" will be added to textbox "message". How can i do it? I have DVZ Mentions and Template Conditionals plugins installed.

Postbit is in showthread. Which textbox you are referring? The quick reply one?
Or you want to add a button to the WYSIWYG editor toolbar?

Please elaborate your goal.
