Won't be bothered at all.
At a time of my adventures with my wordpress blog I tried all of them SEO things. Yup you may get up in Google rankings about 10 positions or so just to end up somewhere on the 3rd page instead of 4th.
And this is never ending story.
Meta tags, robots txt, loading speed, mobile friendly, SSL.
At the moment I am concentrating for my forum to be mobile friendly, but this is for the ease of use not for SEO.
IMHO unique content and engagement is the key for successful SEO and nothing else.
BTW in my case my forym it's just a small hobbyist comunity anyway.
