I can't seem to find where i'm able to change the order off all the stylesheets on my theme

i know its somewhere in Admin CP but i just can't find it :/
Anyone lead me in the right direction

Go to Templates & Style and click on the theme you wish to change the stylesheets.

The headerinclude is the template you want to look for if you want to change the order external style sheets are loaded.
