Full Version: [SOLVED] How can I get rid of old plugin entries on the config page?

When I go to the plugins page in my admin panel I see my active plugins and inactives. I am able to remove the inactives that I no longer want by removing the php and other stuff that was installed.

My problem is on the main config page (/admin/index.php?module=config) at the bottom I have a particularly bad behaving and already removed plugin that still has three entries. the best I can tell is that this is perhaps getting old info from the settings.php in /inc ?? How does one clean the old garbage up?
If you select Modify Settings, you can delete extra settings.
