how to make canonical in that page?

Not to worry, ziuma - the "canonical" link is already correctly set on both pages. Just view source and search for "canonical". The canonical link is correctly set to "https://ziuma.com/" on both pages (although the containing quote marks are slanted - I'm not sure whether that's valid HTML, but it very well could be).

Again, not to worry: a search engine, which is not logged in, is not expected to have access to the usercp.php page, which is probably why it's seeing that 403 Forbidden.
