Need a Joomla Dev
Looking for a web developer that has experience with current Joomla and current blizzard/wow api (phpBB experience would be a bonus also for phpBB Forum Avatar plugin if viable to be update & if the same has experience in MyBB maybe porting such also if still viable??) (past experience of playing world of warcraft might also help) and can help me with a discontinued plugin(s) from old Joomla ie: 1.5 & 1.6 to develop into a updated plugin(s) for latest Joomla*
When plugin(s) are done it will be released to the respective community once again.

* primarily this a former project I was once involved in and such project is still listed on wow wiki (even though we closed the project years ago, lol), but at the time the lead dev and myself had other life responsibilities and closed the retail project and released existing sources ie: https://code.google.com/archive/p/pb-roster/downloads in the hopes someone would carry on where we left off, no such luck but I am still getting emails about it all these years later and thus such prompted me to see if there was someone more currently knowing on various mentioned current factors that may be interested in bringing that project back to life and up to date. Hopefully that makes sense
* also note: my hopes is that such a candidate would focus on the above archive specifc only to the com_pbroster unzip zip files one is with plugs the other not as that was how the releases were at that time also char, emblem, races zips should be used with that com, also perhaps transition pb_theme and anyhoo, said candidate would start to view and see if this is up your alley, is possible and if it and you are capable and willing to start transitioning this all to latest wow api and latest joomla ver showing me such initial working examples to then discuss overall quote for then a completion and agreed upon compensation for such if that makes sense ( here is one reason for such: this allows for several candidates to submit a submission to me thus allowing then for a chosen bounty winner being the best selected submission winner and if such then a potential lead dev and sub devs / staff for any interested non bounty winners, again if that makes sense. )
* one other factor: is I that I kinda would prefer to do a challenge / bounty payout for this ( meaning: I set a bounty price for the best working completion example presented to me and such winner gets that set price bounty payout ( just for example sake: $100 bounty, $200 bounty, and so on and so forth etc, etc)) but other alternatives methods can be negotiated
* also note: I desire to not be involved in any of this project besides as the eventuality of say paying the "temp" lead dev to complete initial completion and or the eventual "Permanent" lead dev if "Temp" so desires after payment and decides to stick around for the mentioned ( see * also final note: below) ie: possible project release and support site & forums that I would then maintain as project owner/lead/support staff, etc, etc, if that makes sense, but beyond all that I haven't looked at this in in say 10 years and no longer play the game and I am only interested in paying for this to be done is due to tons of emails requests over the years, so in a nutshell simply giving back for the requests, if that makes sense.
* also final note: if interested and such can be completed and say such dev would like to stay on board after completion, we can then happily discuss the possibility of myself providing a project dom, project server space and project release and support site & forums for such.

* requires jfusion and jfusion project is dead...., so that could kill that possibility as jfusion integrated phpbb and mybb login with joomla, but in theory one could try to update said jfusion files (jFusion1.5.5) in the archive link above solely focus on say trying to get at least phpbb and mybb functionality with latest joomla in theory one could strip all other functionality from such to save time? Something to ponder on perhaps as a possibility else scrap the avatar plugin(s)
