Is it possible to add a forum thread on a calendar date? I would like users to create events and have other users comment on them. The comment would then be emailed to the event creator. Is this possible?

This is exactly what I'm looking for! I uploaded the required files, but do not see a "Event Thread" button in the configuration settings. Did this location change in version 1.8.24?
