I believe I have found the source of the problem, it being this Plugin: https://community.mybb.com/mods.php?action=view&pid=185
I Deactivated all plugins via the setting available in Configuration, and the site was a LOT quicker than with them activated. So I then deactivated all plugins I would consider straining on the server and after process of elimination after deactivating that one the site practically moves at the speed of light in comparison haha.
So I think I'll be removing it from my forum, and getting something more optimized and capable of doing the job created by a developer.
However, I won't surely know that was the issue until some time has passed so I will give it a few days before I mark this as solved if that is okay!
