I would like to extract the value of the one marked in the screenshot and put it in another place. Where should I look for the main value of it and what exactly should it look like

That would be in your User Control Panel Templates

Admin ACP > Templates & Style > Templates > {your theme} > User Control Panel Templates > usercp_usergroups

I only found what the code should look like after clicking it will work
