Is there an actual error inside the 'MyBB_ROOT/error.log' file. This file is only available if 1. you enabled it inside AdminCP -> Configuration -> Server and Optimization Options. 2. you create if it is not able to create itself.
Seems like the language isn't correct. You say you uploaded everything correctly, but this looks like you didn't upload any of the newpoints language files.

There is no message such us "error in sql or /root/images/etc."
Newpoints work in forum system but in admin section its same as above pictures. I uploaded some plugin files again in ftp but still didn't affect anything.

your example pictures look like they are missing the second or first admin lang file ie: newpoints.lang.php, newpoints_module_meta.lang.php or perhaps one or the other is corrupted as some lang strings are showing but other lang strings are not

The file(s) in question are inside the NewPoints.zip -> Uploads -> inc -> languages -> english -> admin
Have you checked read/write permissions?

umm, i figured out how to reproduce your issue
simply by putting the main newpoints.lang file incorrectly where the admin/newpoints.lang.php file is and I have an identical situation as your images...
look familiar ??!!
