How do we Add our own "Video.Mp4 into a post" from our own server?

i dont want to use You-tube acct anymore for video links.

I want our own .MP4  too play inside post like You tube does. but from my own server. i have a www folder on my server to place my videos in for URL link  but it dont work it just download only.

any help on this how too.Thanks..

Mybb server is version 1.8.21 for now. i will upgrade if the fix is already in for that.[url=http://www.mybb.com][/url]
