I'm trying to get my MyBB instance set with SSL to remove the annoying "site insecure" message.

The issue at the moment is that using https is breaking my theme. The colored bands are all gone and a ton of the formatting is gone.

I tried the Search/Replace option in Templates to change "http:" to "https:" but it didn't seem to help.

The theme is "Simplicity by Rooloo" FWIW.

I'm pretty ignorant about how all this stuff works so lots of detail is welcomed.

Goto ACP>Site Details and change all urls to https. if you are unable to visit ACP>Site Details, you have to make changes using config file.
