Hello,

The MyBB forum has original logo with the file logo.png and text "MyBB". I replaced this original logo
with another logo with the same file name logo.png. My forum has different logo. Every time when I
upgrade my MyBB forum to new version my logo is replaced with the MyBB original logo. Then I have 
to delete the MyBB original logo and restore my logo from archive. I think that this issue happen because
both logos have the same file name. 

How can I escape this issue ? There is no option in the MyBB Control Panel for custom logo upload.

This is not an issue.

In ACP, go to Home » Themes » your theme and you can change the board logo. Think to use another name for your logo if you don't want to have it overwrited.
You have to upload your own logo using FTP.

The logo is attached to a theme, not to the forum itself.
