Some users of my forum report this as their index page:
I don't have this issue and if I ask my friends they see the page fine aswell.

What might be the problem here?

What's your URL? It's usually caused by mismatched URLs, or accessing a https:// board over http://

So your Board URL is set to http://bliss-network.ee, but you can access it both with and without www. in the URL. It seems the styles only load once you've been to it without the www.

I'd recommend adding a .htaccess redirect rule to remove the www. from the URL which will force everyone to the non-www version.
