Hi Pluto. The Flatty theme logo is an image which you should find in the flatty images directory.
"/mybb-root/images/flatty/logo.png"
/mybb-root/ represents the directory where your mybb forum is installed.
The easiest way to change it would be to replace this image with your own logo.png file. Upload a new file that overwrites the old file.
Do you have a ftp program like filezilla or a file manager in cpanel that you can use to upload files ?
