I am making a forum for my Youth Group and my Youth Pastor keeps a roster of everyone that comes to the Youth Group. But some information the is on the roster is somewhat personal so I was wondering:
Would it be possible to make a forum in which Administrators and certain people on a user-by-user basis can see all topics in a certain forum, but the poster can only see their own topic and replies within? That way, their information is private to them and selected users.

Thanks for your help. I don't mind installing the mod or even making it myself if someone is able to tell me what all I'd need to edit. I'm new to coding myBB but as I am coding the whole website in PHP I'm not new to it.
