I've downloaded this great plugin: imei Page Optimizer

But, there's not a read me with how to install it. :neutral:

Could you explain me how to do it?

It looks like a case of simply uploading the included php file to your inc/plugins directory and then activating the plugin from the plugin manager in the ACP.
