Why the thread posts appears in HTML format? Also the post editor appear half of its view area...

Something brocken in my side or the MyBB package error?

Looks like you have improperly upgraded from an older version where your templates (specially, codebuttons template) remained still old.
Please revert the said template to default. That will not affect your theme design, be assured.
Also note that the mentioned correction will not revise already made posts, create new posts and check. Old posts are required to be edited and modified.
