Basically, this would be adding an option when adding a new user title...
Is User: () Male () Female () Undisclosed
And depending on the gender picked, at the post count set, a male user would get a male title, and so on (i.e., so at 20 posts, for instance, the two would have different titles).
Might be good for a Undisclosed choice, in case any errors came from this (just so they would get a basic title).
