This is how it looks like, it was like this even when I was installing it, I tried to do the edit in settings.php, it's all good, but still the same thing, cache and all the subfolders have 777, no matter what I click is staying the same, admin panel not working as well, does anyone know what should I do?
Try setting the Board URL (Configuration → Settings → Site Details) to http://community.vulvani.com (the /index.php part shouldn't be there).

At least that's how I'm set up and it works.

Although my browser tools shows this error, I can click the link and see the source.
So there's something going wrong with server delivering script inline?

It looks like the resources load correctly when the browser doesn't send a
Referer header. It may be related to some hotlink protection, or other filters your host has installed.
