Sounds theme specific to me, and we don't know which theme. No expert, but shouldn't be too hard to find.
Use your browser dev tools and page source to identify the template. May have to turn on Output template start/end comments? in the ACP - Settings - Server and Optimization Options.
Would expect to find in Footer templates - footer - based on your thread title.
