Hello,

Over the past two weeks members are getting stuck on line.
I know they aren't actually online for 7 days straight

A few days after this started happening, Google emails me to let me know they have turned off my adsense ads because of illegal clicks.

I definitely feel both are related. 

I can't find anyway to knock these members off line beside changing their password then sending them an email to let them know.

I know these members a long time so I know it's not something they are doing on purpose. 

Anyone have any idea how I can fix this problem,  I don't want to lose my adsense account

It sounds like they have some sort of script keeping their browser window open and refreshing to keep them logged in, there's no other way they'd be showing as active permanently unless the page is being reloaded frequently.

You could send them an email, telling them to avoid doing it as a warning

When you mention users doing this, is it isolated to one or two user accounts or is everyone on your board appearing online?
