I download this plugin, but when I unzip I have online this .png files:

Where can i upload this .png in mybb forum?

This is not a plugin but some graphic resources.
The better way is to create a directory in images/ (something like uranks/) and upload the .png in it.

Then, in ACP, fill the group image field for each group with the good value. images/urank/Admin.png for Administrator group, images/urank/Member.png for members group, ...

I replace old files to new.png nothing changes
