Well, I highly utilize this polling but I am very unsure if it would have a problem in the future when going more than 200 polling options and lots of people votes.
Have anyone used it that massively?

I had a quick search to see if I could spot any other threads in a similar situation, but didn't have any luck. What I would say is that the polling features have been implemented in MyBB for a significant amount of time, and we have or have had some large boards running the software.
