So after a bit of struggling, I was able to get MyAlerts to actually have an alert when someone tags using MentionMe. However, it's only showing the alert on the account that was tagged and not across all accounts (we use the AccountSwitcher). If someone sends a PM though, all of their accounts will see that there is a pending alert. So my question is, how do I get this feature to work when someone tags another user?
