Hello. On one of my forums the search form action link is wrong

This is the wrong forum : https://forumturkce.pokemonpets.com/

Here the image

However on my another forum it is working : https://forum.pokemonpets.com/

so how can I fix this error?

It seems to be working fine for me, please elaborate in the issue if it is still present.
