I'm trying to find a way to add some texts around the objective of the forum. Wonder if anyone can help to add the details either on the Logo section (to the right of the screen) or under the forum name

I'm just curious why you would like to add it in one of those two locations? The rest of your forum links are to the right of the header.

It is straight forward to add some additonal links. If you head over to your header template you will see the current links that show, you can choose to copy one of those and then edit the information to show the correct text and link to the correct page.
