Full Version: Upload Attachments within Manage Attachments

I am a fairly capable programmer. How much work would it take to add Upload Attachment functionality to the "Manage Attachments " section of the User CP?

Also, how much work would it be to display, in a gallery type format, all attachments from a single user?

I wish to make each use have a sort of Photobucket-type service available to them.
