Once more I need some help:
Is there a possibility to receive a notification / mail / pm or something simular when a post that needs approvement appears in the moderation queue?
I searched for al long time but did'nt find a setting or plugin.

Did you really search in plugins ? I found Moderator Notifications which seems to do what you need
