I am curious on what plugin it is to provide notices in each forum

I plan on creating a forum soon but I want to have disclaimers in place in certain forums.

Just forum rules with a particular style ? Or html in it...

Just something similar to what MyBB has on here like in the image, the use of HTML would be cool.

But something bare bones to be able to put a disclaimer in place on whatever forum section needed is all I am looking for.

I could of sworn years go there was a plugin like this maybe during the 1.6 series but I am not sure.

As Crazycat, this is just using the forum rules field for that forum.
