A couple of years ago a guy set up a football discussion site for me as I have no computer skills whatsoever. It is still on version 1.8.21.
I have been scared to update it as reading the guide: https://docs.mybb.com/1.8/install/upgrade/ makes no sense to me at all and so we have been running it unupdated ever since. However in the last couple of days a few users have been having problems logging in.
Is there anyone who is able to update it for me please? I'm happy to pay them for their time or make a contribution to the site.
