What I'd like to do is create a forum, say called "John's Designs." The admin could then set who could see that forum. Currently, the only choices an admin has is groups, such as mods, members, waiting activation, etc. Is there a way to also include specific members in the list as well as groups?

Theoretically, you then could allow the user "John" to view the forum and reply to posts as well as the admin or mods.

In theory, it would then allow you to set up private forums based on users, rather then groups.

Basically, I use my forum for a project manager type deal for a web design company. We bring clients in to view designs and talk about their websites, and from what I can tell, it looks like I'll have to create a group for each client to get the effect I want.

Anyone have any suggestions?
Right now you can't base permissions on idividuals, it is only groups.
