Full Version: How to disable soft delete feature?

If i am not wrong there is not option in ADMIN CONTROL PANEL to disable the soft delete. Is there anyway we can disable soft delete by removing php and template code?

ACP > Configuration > Posting > Enable Soft Delete for Users > set to No.

thank you, but is it possible to disable for moderator?
