Issue noted with 1827.  Demonstration here:

Anybody seeing the same thing?  Not a huge issue for us, because we use both Shade's MyDropZone (now partially core), and Crazycat's ABP Imgur Uploader.  But a problem nonetheless.

Should mention we are a fairly image heavy board.

just use google tools, right click the image, see what is styling the image, and set the class. that is so simple bud.

If the editor is not accepting width and height parameters - not sure  what css edits would be required.

Definitely sounds like something.I need to touch to fix, I misread the question, too.
