Basically one of the plugin loads template twice and i have no idea why it happens. Any idea?

Do you mean it's displaying something on the page twice? Which plugin? You probably have duplicated variables in your template but without seeing the site or knowing which plugin it is it'll be impossible for us to tell you what to do.

Its a RecentThreads plugin, it duplicates one template in User CP
