Wondering if anyone can help me here?
This only happens in my newreply and newthread.php.

This shows these errors. The troubleshooting method was to add the doc type <!DOCTYPE html into and I've done so but still in quirk mode.
One of these issues must be cause the issue I currectly have with Smilies.
I installed a plugin called Smiliebox. The emojies are pointed at the right folder but the box is empty.
The if I ad an emoji into a thread it doesnt show up. It use to come up as a ?? but that seems gone now. Please see the pic below as an example.
I cant any issue in the community forum that is related to this so I'm not sure on what to do next.
