Hi i want to add the dvz shoutbox to my website but when i try to change the index.php to add {$dvz_shoutbox} i get this error:
Forbidden
You don't have permission to access this resource.
Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

You're editing index.php, or the index template? If the template, does it happen even when you save it without adding {$dvz_shoutbox}?

This is usually caused by mod_security, ask your host if they can disable it if it's enabled, or tweak the settings so it isn't triggered by this.
