As the topic says,
1. I am unable to find out how to access the sidebar on my forum to replace the ads.

I used to have people from here to help me set things up. That was a while ago, and I should have taken note of everything lol.
2. By the way, I still got spammers after I have set not only security questions, but I have also set it so that new members can't post new threads without having 5 posts first. But the spammers could still somehow create new threads on their very first post. Some kind of hax?
