Hello guys

I forgot owner email from forum/admin login.

Where can i found it? i have second admin, but i don't have the pin, I can fount email in my cloud, but I have 5TB data

I do not hack my forum, beacause I have full access I i can upload a shell

So... where can I found owner email registration?

You can find any email in the users table.

Good, I have password md5 + salt, I do not find the pin. I change email but inbox is empty, maybe spammers, because my provider is clean.

You didn't hack the forum but you can upload shell hmm.
Anyways if your acp has a pin you can check the pin in /inc/config.php file.

Other then that why not use email to recover your account?
If you don't have the email you can always use the user SQL table in phpmyadmin and change the admin old email to new one.
