have you deleted the database also from your cpanel before re-installing ?

Yes
Not sure why the whole installation needed to be removed when I gave 2 suggestions, the latter of which being the most likely cause due to non-secure cookies not being readable over a secure connection. It's likely a simply configuration issue which can be fixed by forcing http:// to https:// and enabling secure cookies as outlined above. If that isn't done, you'll have the same issue if you install the board 100 times.

Ok, the question I have for you is...

How do I fix the issue of forcing http:// to https://??

If you can show me (and others who may run into the same issue) how to fix this, then I can use MyBB.
