I am taking error "Authorization code mismatch after upgrade".
I wrote a input code between <form></form.> codes.
But did not work.
Pls help me!

Can you give some context on where you're seeing the error? What action are you trying to perform. Also what do you mean by you wrote an input code, you have a custom form? There isn't enough information here to understand the issue or help you.

What's your URL? This shouldn't be an issue on a new install.
If this is a new install, should probably rename the thread.
