Do you mean for any replies ever, or just posts by the same user?
If you mean posts by the same user, go to ACP > Configuration > Settings > Posting > change the Post Merge Time and Merge User Groups to Ignore settings.
If you don't want any posts to ever bump a thread, that's not really possible.
