That list of PHP files needs to go in the public_html folder.

these are the files i want to upload to use as my site but i dont know where everything goes. i know how to do html type uploading but 
 php files i have no clue

they have limited speed on flie transfers to server in their free hosting , also they have limit the data size that you can't upload a huge file or folder in once.

hey just download this mybb zip folder from the given link and upload to your root , ex:- public_html/(here you will upload).

and then upload also this file :-

after uploading all of this just run this url on your browser

yourwebsiteurl/unzipper.php

ex:- https://mybb.com/unzipper.php

and unzip the zip file.

By this way you can simply unzip any big zipped file with a moment in free host.

i got my files to upload but now when i go to access my site it keeps saying "Direct script access denied."

delete the unzipper.php file .

I have been really going though everything and managed to figure everything out for the most part and so far i got it up and running but in the address bar it says the security certificate it not secured any ideas where to find or how to obtain a new certificate or provide this one with the proper certificate info

x10hosting, if that's who you are using, has a $10 per year SSL for your site. That's not a bad deal.
Or you can look in their support forums for LetsEncrypt, which is free.
