I'm curious. I notice some inconsistency in mybb_posts message field, where a quoted post contains either single quotes or double quotes to delimit the username, as in

[quote='username' pid='517059' etc.

or

[quote="username" pid='361830' etc.

At first I thought it might be related to software versions over the years, but that isn't so. This was observed while searching for quoted posts by one username.

There are 521 quoted posts with username delimited by single quotes as early as when we were running v1.6.8 and as late as 8/24/21 running 1.8.26.

There are 52 quoted posts with username delimited by double quotes as early as v.1.8.19 and as late as 8/23/21.

Ok, makes sense, although the particular username does not contain an apostrophe or single quote. I see what the intent is.
