Is there a plugin or a way to move threads as they are created and posted automatically? For instance, I have a media related site dealing with music, photos, videos, movies, etc.

If someone posts a thread with the word "Photo" in the title and posts it in the wrong section (happens daily) is there something that will automatically move it to the Photo forum?

There is no such plugin that I'm ware of. However, it should be possible to code similar plugins.
