How do I create a forum where only the member that submits it, and administrators/moderators can view the post and not everyone on the forum?

create new usergroup for example PAID

then create new forum and add permission of those groups only that you want to give permission 


above mention picture have 3 types of group like guests doesnot have permission 
registered users and moderators have all permission , you may use your desired groups

Right, but wouldn't that make it where anyone with the Registered role can view other people who are registered's post?
