Full Version: Online Today Plugin Error 500

Hi i have installed this plugin and uploaded the files to my forum root, when I click on activate it show me error 500

as u can see here I can manage the plugin after the failed installation:

I can see forum/onlinetoday.php
but noting appears on the index page.
Error 500 means a server error, check your server log (both apache/nginx and php), you'll have a more detailled info

any other solution?
The versions aren’t the issue, we need to know the error message from the error log to know what’s wrong.

error.log is enabled but it didn't write anything in it, I have deleted the plugin.

You need to check your webserver error log not your MyBB error log which only logs PHP related error messages.To be able to access the server log you need root access to the server or you have to contact your host and ask them what caused the 500 error.
