Musicmidget,

I downloaded your 'Download' Mod and I can't see where there are any path settings to files for downloading by the Users.

Can you elaborate on this?

Many thanks, and keep up the great work!

Downloads are stored in the /uploads/downloads/ that you'll have created during the installation.

Thanks. However, where in the acp do you set that path?

Lyman
In the current version, there is no setting for this. It's not a path that can be changed without editing the source code of the plugin.

If you change the path to your uploads path however, the plugin knows to look in the new uploads directory for the downloads directory.

Thanks.

It is resolving to 'Page Not Found', and doing a right-click --> Properties on the download Icon it is not displaying the correct path. I have triple checked the directions you provide for file placement and they are correct.

Any other thoughts?

Could you provide a link to the board on which the error is occurring?

I will PM you in a moment with Admin Login.

THANK YOU!

It looks as though the downloads.php file is missing from the forum root directory. It should be the file in the Plugin directory when the archive is extracted, not the same as the file in the Plugin/inc/plugins directory, which does appear to be present on your board.

Many thanks for your help. Once I put it in this path all is fine:

Thanks! Your support is outstanding.

Hey, I'm also having a problem with this mod. I'm pretty sure I installed everything right. I'm getting this error:

No attachment file was specified.

EDIT: Apparently it doesn't work with .mp3 files?
